A new part of me comes alive when I let the beauty of the world back into my life ❤

I've genuinely learned how to have fun hanging out alone again. It took a while to re learn that. It seemed so daunting at first....

But not like the sit in your house watch what you want, eat the middle of the oreos kind of fun 🎟 But the go in to the world on your own and find the fun kind. Way harder. When I go I jam WHATEVER I want on the way to my destination (probably some nerdy girly junk like makeup stores and book stores 🤤) and I rock out like an idiot. And I mean jam 👏 out 👏 no shame 💃 If I get lost, which I probably will.... well, then im taking the scenic route 🤣 and it's an extra song i get to blast off my tasty playlist... win win 😎 I go where I want, when I want, stay for as long as I want, and make friends everywhere 😂 people are so funny! And it's the most amazing thing to see someone light up when you smile at them 🥰 (We really need to smile at each other more. It's sad the cultural norms is to avoid one another. Connection is important❤) I end up having the COOLEST conversations with random people btw! So much laughter happening between strangers just fills your soul with joy 🤗 it really does. People are so much fun! I guess what I've really learned is how to indulge in the beautiful things again 💚 going out alone reintroduced me to the power in small connections. The joy in music that speaks to your heart. The surprise adventure you didn't know you needed. Even how simply stunning the sky can be. A new part of me comes alive when I let the beauty of the world back into my life ❤

And I'm thankful, in this lesson God reminded me of who I am, on my own. I truly needed that in order to really see how stunning this world and it's people can be. Without that I'd have been too busy worrying about ME in the beauty instead of letting the BEAUTY get in to me. Its not really about walking through a store by yourself or seeing a movie solo. Its about knowing who you are and finding beauty amongst the chaos here. Its about adding beauty where you can with a smile or a song. Finding what YOU (authentic, messy, unique, beautiful YOU) have to offer this place we call home. Its about finding your worth and having the confidence to display love. So what God taught me was more of who I am, my worth, and my beauty. Which is AMAZING! Thank you Jesus 🙌 we could all use a little of that goodness 😍 And reconnecting with this crazy gorgeous world, was just an added blessing. Because God is just that rad 🥰 He heals, delivers, changes, and redeems. But He also loves to spoil His children and there's always an extra surprise just because He can ❤
